Ada Gianneskis

I am 39 years old and Greek-Canadian, and I live in Athens, Greece. I’m married and I have two children. I have been working at IKEA for the past 16 years, one way or another, in Marketing and Communications. During the past years, sustainability has come significantly to the forefront in Greece with the financial crisis and, especially this past year, with the refugee crisis. I believe even a little bit can go along way and the most important thing is to start acting. It is a great honour to experience the Nansen Awards.
