Clare Rodgers

I am a Deputy Retail Manager for the UK and Ireland with responsibility to oversee six of our stores, Commercial Review, Sustainability and Property and Expansion. I have been working in IKEA for nearly 15 years in various roles, so of course I already know that IKEA is a very special place to work when it comes to working with people. What I have learned more about over the last couple of weeks is how far-reaching and ambitious the IKEA Foundation’s work is.
