Dashawn Clark

I was born and raised in Sacramento, California. I’m the eldest of seven children (five brothers and two sisters). I’m happily married and a father of two beautiful girls, ages eight and one years old. I’m a former collegiate scholar athlete in track and field at California State University, Bakersfield, where I studied Theatre. My monumental IKEA career journey started in 2004 at IKEA Distribution Services in Tejon, California, where I went from Crane Driver, Loader, Plock Picker to Product Quality Repair Coordinator. I feel very excited, honored, and humbled to take the journey to Kosovo and share my experience with the IKEA world.
