Lep El is an Inclusive Education Coordinator based in Pursat, Cambodia. He has worked at Save the Children in Cambodia since May 2016. He has more than 4 years of experience working with children and adults with disability.
“Therefore, I am also living in a family which is my mother has physical impairment. Within these backgrounds and experiences, I am very passionate to work with children/person with disability, I expected that I could contribute and share my experience/knowledge to children /person with disability and their families. I am strongly believe that Inclusive education very vital for individual child with disability and to all children without disabilities. Inclusive education provides good opportunity to both children with disabilities and children without disabilities to learn and live together, they can share experience related to their study, and daily life”.
