Hi my name is Kay Ann Sousa, I am 25 years old. I have been working with IKEA Dubai since 2012 as a Visual Merchandiser. My hobbies are basketball, music, friends and travelling. I have been chosen to participate in the IWitness programme to represent the Gulf region (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Doha and Cairo).
Since I was small it have been my dream to help kids in poverty. I am very excited to work with the IKEA Foundation and UNICEF to see how they are able to change people’s lives and give them hope for a better future. I am very blessed to participate in this unique opportunity to work closely with the team in Africa.
