Rachel Lucas

I work in Human Resources as the U.S. Recruitment and Succession Responsible. I graduated from the University of Notre Dame of Maryland with a degree in Human Services. Since starting at IKEA in 1997, I’ve met my husband, led the Culture and Values committee, served on the Voice committee, won the Life Improvement Challenge, and most recently was selected for the IWitness program! I am a wife, a daughter, a sister, an aunt, and I’d like to think a friend worth having. I am a Maryland native with a southern soul, and my heart is happiest on the water. I love to camp (especially on the beach), travel and immerse myself in other cultures. ”There are no strangers, just friends whose names we don’t yet know!”
