CO2 Performance Ladder in Europe
The CO2 Performance Ladder in Europe (CO2PLEU) is a procurement tool developed by SKAO to help EU governments reduce emissions when they buy goods and services. The IKEA Foundation supports this programme to help governments reach their Paris Agreement targets and enable a low carbon economy.
