Innovative approaches in response preparedness

The IKEA Foundation is partnering with the Netherlands Red Cross to implement three innovative approaches - forecast-based financing, data preparedness and cash transfer programming - to provide early action before predictable disasters hit in Ethiopia, Kenya and Uganda, to reduce the impact of climate change on the most vulnerable people.
