Unconditional cash transfers to refugees in Nairobi

The IKEA Foundation is supporting GiveDirectly to deliver unconditional cash transfers to 1,000 urban refugees living in Nairobi to enable them to invest in sustainable livelihoods. The transfers will be made via Equity Bank in a pilot programme to test the feasibility of this model.
