The IKEA Foundation has contracted Mathematica to conduct an independent evaluation of the Refugee Livelihoods Development Impact Bond in Jordan. This will measure the payment metrics and estimate the programme’s impacts on participants’ economic and social wellbeing. We are sharing the evaluation design here for transparency. The final evaluation report will come out in August 2025 and will be posted here.
