Climate Action

We are committed to bold climate action and helping vulnerable communities adapt to the impacts of climate change.

Temperatures are rising, causing changes in our climate that threaten every aspect of our lives — from the food we eat to the water we drink to the air we breathe.

At the IKEA Foundation, we are fighting for a planet that can sustain the many people who live on it. With our firm belief in collaboration, we can make a big difference and accelerate the incredible work other organisations are doing. That’s why we focus on opportunities where a relatively small amount of money can change large, complex systems.

Along with our partners, we call on governments, businesses, and philanthropic organisations to join us in changing global systems to help reverse damage to our environment and protect the planet for all children.
